这个年过得很快，马上就要到官方正式开工的日子了。为什么我说是官方呢？因为其实在这几年的新年中，在未上班的时间其实一直也在边玩边工作的了，今年轻松点，仅仅是在码字而已 ^^。
明天开始就要正式地上班，那么今年我对工作的要求又是什么呢？目标就是能将事业再上一层楼咯，相信大家也是一样的吧。不过话说回来。适当的追求还是要有的，所以今年有两个任务：一个是家里面将电视换掉，二是和LP去旅行一下。我已经比很多人幸运，因为我现在做的东西都是自己的爱好，所以一切也就乐在其中了，哈哈！
2014已经超过了10000字，还有两天的时间能不能写多10000字的确是个迷~~~（先给自己一个偷懒的台阶先。），无论如何能努力先努力。昨晚司徒叔叔说《养女大作战》让他看得爆笑，尽早我就爆笑了，哈哈，谢谢捧场。今年注定是一个创作的年份，一定要有所成就，啦啦啦！

不合时宜得头脑风暴
不合时宜得头脑风暴在学生时代被那个花白头发得老头称作“开小差”，他当时总是在不厌其烦得告诉我们：“上课时间不要开小差！”工作之后似乎是没有人再去管我是否专心致志得学习或者工作，但是缺少了当头棒喝得老师之后，似乎“开小差”得问题愈演愈烈，想要解决？我们只能：
- 找到解决“开小差”得方法
- 重新找到“当头棒喝”得导师
“开小差”在现在被认为是头脑风暴，开会时甚至有专门的时间被用来做头脑风暴，因此它绝对不是一件坏事，但是如果是“不合时宜”的“头脑风暴”，就是一件坏事了，比如说你写报告的时候脑子里在构思着博客改版的事情，比如说你开会的时候，满脑子都是如何打发掉周末的事情。
这些将会显而易见的影响到你的效率。

Bentley rolls out the Continental Supersports Convertible

This time around Bentley announces a Supersports variant of the Continental Convertible just before its grand debut at the Geneva Motor Show. The Continental Supersports Convertible comes with a mighty 621 horsepower engine; compelling Bentley to call it “the fastest four-seat convertible in the world”. The Continental Supersports Convertible, a drop-top version of the standard Continental Supersports coupe also features 591 lb-ft. of torque twin-turbo W12 which has the capacity to run on E85 bioethanol. With the help of a ZF 6HP26 six-speed automatic transmission with Quickshift, your shift time is cut down considerably. The sports car will have a 40/60 rear-biased all-wheel-drive system and can hit 60 mph in a mere 3.9 seconds, the Convertible can hit top speeds over 202 mph. too, thanks to its carbon-ceramic brakes and a modified stability control system. The convertible is a staggering 189.1-inches long and 86.4 inches wide and weighs around at 5,279 lbs. and Bentley claims to have cut the weight down by using lightweight carbon fiber sport seats and ultra-light 20-inch forged alloy wheels, which say the weight reduce by 198lbs., in comparison to a standard GTC.

网易和腾讯QQ邮箱之争

一月底的时候发现网易的邮箱重新开通了在2006年停掉的pop3和smtp，然后网易相继开放了转发和联系人导出等功能，去掉了小尾巴广告，开通了50M附件以及手机邮箱等诸多功能，不禁让我感叹：丁磊养猪后茅塞顿开，网易虎年前连连发镖。
之前因为网易的小尾巴广告和SMTP发送邮件时无法保存在已发送邮件中，不少用户使用Gmail来管理126的邮件，使用Gmail的IMAP功能同步邮件，以保证在电脑和手机上的邮件是同步的。国内的免费邮箱，属QQ邮箱最好用，学习了Gmail的很多优点，同时没有染上网易邮箱广告满页的恶习和Sina邮件广告和邮件分不清楚的缺点，再加上QQmail不用注册，与QQ的绑定，QQ邮箱很快就获取了很多的用户，特别在年轻用户中，很快的占据了相当大的市场份额。这就是腾讯获取了用户群之后，进行横向产品开发的成果。
而回头看网易去年的发展，可谓相当抑郁。网易的门户地位自不必说，渐趋声小势微，而占据网易收入大头的游戏在去年也是发展相当不顺利。本想从九城手里接到魔兽世界之后可以增收，无奈文化部和出版总署神仙打架，网易遭殃，魔兽世界迟迟不能运营，还引发了“贾君鹏”的流行……
曾几何时网易是国内免费邮箱老大，注册用户上亿，但是网易一直觉得这个业务属于鸡肋，弃之可惜，食之无味。虽有上亿用户，但因为缺少盈利模式，而相当的抑郁。于是当你打开Web邮箱页面的时候有大幅的广告，当你通过Web邮箱发送邮件时，网易在你邮件内容后面添加了一个小尾巴广告。但是网易没法在通过SMTP发送的邮件后面发送小尾巴，为了能够获取更大的页面访问量，以增加广告收入，网易在2006年11月16日关闭了新注册用户的POP3/SMTP功能，也曾引起了广大邮箱用户的反感。而在此期间，QQmail则学习了Gmail的优点，摒弃了之前免费邮箱的缺点，相继推出了无限容量、50M附件、QQ文件中转站、开放IMAP等一系列服务，创新的QQmail和QQ庞大的用户群使得QQmail很快的成长起来，获取了越来越多的用户。再加上运营商在3G时代都推出了手机邮箱，兼有短信通知的方便，分流了部分用户。
这下丁磊急眼了，因为他听到了这样的笑话：说在中国直选的话谁最可能做总统，最后结论是马化腾，他只要弹出一个窗口投马化腾一票，送10Q币就搞定了。腾讯依靠庞大的QQ用户群推出的门户、游戏、增值业务、拼音输入法、QQ影音等等产品，把用户的电脑包围；推出的手机QQ、QQ浏览器、手机输入法、QQ同步助手等把用户的手机侵占。丁磊终于明白了“用户为王”的道理，也终于明白了网易上亿的邮箱注册用户是一座巨大的宝藏。于是网易在一月份推出了一些列的措施，直指腾讯的利剑是网易邮箱也开通了聊天功能，毕竟能为某些被封了QQ服务的白领提供一个聊天的场所；直指运营商的手机号码邮箱……
所谓有竞争才有发展，网易的邮箱有进步，但是QQ邮箱也依然好用。最后介绍一个新邮件免费短信提醒技巧：使用邮箱的自动转发功能将邮件自动转发到139邮箱，这样有新邮件时就可以收到短信提醒了，然后通过电脑或者手机上网来处理邮件，通过IMAP保持邮件的一致性。

Nazaury Delgado is a digital artist from the Bronx who uses Photoshop to create evocative and surreal images.
He begins the process with a photograph of himself or others, which he then overlays with another photo collage. The entire composition is then faded together to make the final product.
Delgado is nineteen years old and is currently attending the Fashion Institute of Technology on a full scholarship.
While he was a participant in an arts program for at-risk teens in the Bronx, Delgado’s teachers were amazed when they saw the digital photographs that he had created on his iPod Touch.
One of them, Neil Waldman, said of his art that “There are some people who have an innate ability to create spectacle, something innate that you can’t teach.”

Vegetated Floating Spa will become a breeding ground for birds

Eco Factor: Sustainable spa to be made using recycled materials.
Studio Noach along with Anne Holtrop has designed a floating spa exhibition that will be on display during the Architecture of Consequence in the Netherlands. The spa has been envisioned as an extension of the land into the water to create a serene environment.
The Floating Spa is made using recycled polystyrene and Partick Blanc’s “living wall” ideas. The architecture makes the walls and ceilings as outer surface of the hills and valleys, while the interior follows the counter form of the landscape.
The spa will have vegetated walls and ceilings that will become a breeding ground for birds, butterflies and several insects. Moreover, this unique construction will use the surrounding water as a heat exchanger, making the spa 70 percent more efficient than conventional energy systems.
